Fair Housing Services


The City of Middletown and its partners provides assistance to landlords, tenants, or interested individuals through the Community Revitalization Department. Services provided include but are not restricted to:
  • Provide education to landlords, realtors, and tenants about Fair Housing laws.
  • Conduct outreach and education through presentations and written information about fair housing rights and responsibilities.
  • Assist tenants and landowners, through mediation, to reconcile disputes dealing with landlord and tenant relationships.
  • Provide fair housing testing to ensure landlord compliance with all Fair Housing laws.
These service are carried out by Housing Opportunities Made Equal (H.O.M.E.) and Legal Aid Society of Greater Cincinnati, LLC and are funded with the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG).
