Library Trustees

About the Trustees

The custody, control, and administration, together with the erection and equipment of a free public library is vested in a Board of Library Trustees who are appointed by the City Council in accordance with the provisions of Ohio R. C. 3375.12 and the Charter of the City of Middletown. Middletown City Charter Article V, Section 2. The Board of Library Trustees shall be composed of seven members appointed by Council.
