No Overflow Level - Indicates that there are no known combined sewer or dry weather overflows. This is the default overflow level and indicates that at least 72 hours have passed since the last pre-overflow or overflow level was initiated. |
|
Pre-Overflow Level - Indicates that conditions have been met that may lead to a combined sewer overflow. An overflow has not happened yet, but if rainfall continues then an overflow is likely. An email will be sent out to notification subscribers when operators at the Wastewater Treatment Plant indicate pre-overflow sewer levels. This level is in effect for a minimum of 72 hours from the time it was initiated. |
