The City of Middletown is now accepting applications for the third round of the Home Improvement Repair Program (HIRP). You may either gather all necessary documents and submit them in person on the third floor of the City Building or use the online form.
Grant money is much more limited for this round compared to the two previous rounds. Applicants who are in dire need of home improvements and meet income guidelines will be awarded the grant money this time around as opposed to it being a first come, first serve basis.
Submissions will only be available for an extremely limited time due to popular demand of this program. The submissions will be closing on Friday, but may close earlier depending on the number of responses received. We encourage you to apply as soon as possible to avoid missing out on your opportunity to be selected.
