Start times are available from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. with courses from beginner through advanced difficulty being offered. The beginner's course will have baskets of plastic eggs at each checkpoint. Children collect the plastic eggs and exchange them for candy or toys at the finish. Adults may accompany young children on the egg course at no additional charge.

Break out your flashlight and get out in the fields for Easter! Join us at Elk Creek Sebald Area for a ""Field Only"" Flashlight Egg Hunt. Bring your own flashlight and join in the fun! Egg cartons will be provided for collecting. Participants will look for their dozen eggs in a marked open area. If you are looking for a ""Trail Only"" hunt instead, please register for the 4/3/2020 program at Forest Run MetroPark Wildlife Preserve.

One of the best surprises you can find on a hike is a pop of bright color in early spring! We’ll be searching for plenty of colorful spring wildflowers at Davidson Wood area, but what may surprise you the most is that some of the brightest flowers are most likely to be found in the shady wetlands! A great example is the bright yellow Large-Flowered Bellwort. FREE! Meet at the Meijer parking lot and carpool due to limited parking.

Could you survive off the land? Come to the Medicinal and Edible Plants Workshop and learn the various edible plants of Ohio and their medicinal properties. Enjoy an experiential hike to identify edible plants. Create your own edible/medicinal plant supplement to take home! Open to participants ages 13 and up.
