Cyber Incident Update
Water billing has resumed for residents and businesses. Customers will see their first statements in January or February (depending on address of service). Statements will be available on Invoice Cloud and/or delivered via mail during your billing cycle. Statements will include an informational flyer with details about a grace period for payments on usage during the cyber incident. More information is available at the links below:
