Christmas is for love, laughter and fruitcake, if you like fruitcake. But this year tensions rise for the guests, new and old, at Winter Rose Inn. When an infamous book critic makes his annual holiday reservation at the Inn he finds that he will not be the only guest staying this year. Several new guests have booked rooms and are now wreaking havoc on his peace and quiet. A mother with a moody teenage daughter is seeking to spend quality time together. A strange man with ever changing facial hair claims to be a door to door vacuum salesman while an assistant spends time away from family to deep her boss happy.
