The speed limit on burbank avenue is 25mph by my house tired of people going 40+ mph. How would one go about trying to get a speed bump or something to slow people down?

It is becoming the norm for cars to turn from both the left and middle lanes. The lanes are clearly marked on the road but I see it at least twice a week. It seems like it could be a safety issue. ...

It is becoming the norm for cars to turn from both the left and middle lanes. The lanes are clearly marked on the road but I see it at least twice a week. It seems like it could be a safety issue. Could there be signage from the cables holding the traffic lights to help with this issue?

The corner of Wicoff St and Grand Ave is a 2-way stop but people don't realize it and there's lots of accidents and near-misses. There's been 4-6 accidents in the last 18 months, one of which a car hit a house. Could a sign be added to the stop sign on Grand warning drivers that traffic on Wicoff doesn't stop?
