Let's start a community garden space where we can grow food for our communities. Not only is this a way to bring the community together, it will enhance our senior citizens and children's lives with agricultural enrichment. We can use volunteer labor to maintain, as well as city mowing. Not only will this benefit the community but make Middletown a desirable place to live. I'm happy to spearhead the project, including but not limited to: organizing and preparing a final draft, ensuring proper management of the garden, general labor management as well as quality assurance.

The key factors in a thriving zone are Entertainment/Lifestyle > Food > Living > Other supporting businesses. I propose that the Middletown Mall be opened up to local residents with entertainment and lifestyle ideas that the city can score and subsidize with local tax revenue. I'm talking about reinvesting our own money into our own citizens who can bring outside money into the local economy through teaching classes(meditation, holistic health, etc), hosting indoor games and activities, maybe an indoor inflatable park, etc. Consider Kickstarter, but for a limited scope of criteria where it has to be a business that brings people to Middletown. Pop-up shop style, mandated that each vendor must be able to set up and vacate within 3 days. And then the mall could have an app where the front end advertises and helps users navigate who's there or coming soon. The backend of the app lets the community crowdfund an idea and then the top ideas can receive matching subsidies from the city.

The speed limit on burbank avenue is 25mph by my house tired of people going 40+ mph. How would one go about trying to get a speed bump or something to slow people down?

I really hope this goes in for consideration.

I would recommend building foundations and harbor docks along the river. Foundations (that include underground parking garages) would be a mixture of Dayton's Riverscape and Saugatuck in Michigan. This would offer tourism and commercial traffic but also enable private riverfront luxury homes. And the centerpiece would be an unconventional convention center that could host thousands of people for big events. If you build this the rest will come.

Could you please send someone over to the entrance of the old batting cages on Lefferson Road to clean up all that nasty trash. There’s old mattresses and multiple bags of trash!
