Updated April 4, 2020: Water shutoffs due to nonpayment of fees and/or charges will be put on hold per an Ohio EPA order which will remain in effect for the duration of the current State of Emergency regarding COVID-19, or December 1, 2020, whichever occurs first.
Customers with water service that was shut off since Jan. 1, 2020, must request re-connection by calling 855-967-0310. Shutoffs that occurred prior to this date are not subject to this order. The City of Middletown will waive all fees for the re-connection of service. Monthly bills will continue to be sent on all accounts and payment in full will be due at the expiration of the Ohio EPA order.
