Miami University Middletown, an integral component of our educational system, offers associate and bachelor degree programs and continuing education opportunities, including custom-designed training programs for Middletown-area business and industry. Situated across the street from Middletown High School, Miami U is a convenient option for high school students to complete several college courses while still in high school.
The Southwestern Ohio and northern Kentucky region is home to more than 10 other highly rated colleges and universities.

Atrium Medical Center, the city's second-largest employer, is a new, modern facility near I-75.
