2010 BOARD OF HEALTH & ENVIRONMENT
MEETING DATES

The Middletown City Board of Health & Environment meets the second Tuesday of each month, unless otherwise scheduled, at 7:30 AM. in the second floor conference room 2C (City Manager's area). The scheduled meeting dates for 2010 are:

Immunization

Middletown Health Department offers childhood immunizations on Wednesday afternoons from 9:00 am to 12:30 pm at the Middletown Health Center, 920 Ninth Avenue.  No appointment needed.
