The Finance Department administers all of the fiscal operations for the City. These operations include income tax collection, utility billing (Water, Sewer, Refuse, Storm Water, Wellfield Protection), accounts payable, payroll, accounts receivable, budgeting, investments and financial reporting.

The Finance Department also administers the Personnel Division and the City's Information Systems division which handles the City's information technology requirements.
