Middletown is fortunate to have a full-service transit system with six-28 passenger buses and two-9 passenger paratransit buses, all wheelchair accessible.

Bus Passes
It only cost 90 cents to ride the bus. You can make riding easy by purchasing a 40-ride bus pass for $36.00. There's no expiration date and passes can be used at any time. To purchase your pass, visit the Citizen's Service Center conveniently located in the City Building lobby, One Donham Plaza. For more information call 425-7766.

Senior Citizens/Disabled/Medicare Card Holder Discount Rate
Senior Citizens, the disabled, and Medicare Card holders can ride for half price at only 45 cents. The 40-ride bus passes are also available at half fare, $18.00. To apply for the senior citizen or disabled rate you must fill out an application. Once approved you will receive a transit ID card. Present this card to receive the discount rates. Para-transit Services/Specialized Transit Service
For our customers who have special needs, curb to curb service is just a phone call away. To take advantage of this service you may call up to two weeks in advance of the trip but next day service is available. The cost is just $1.80 one way.
